Teaching puerh tea

Back to Europe, to give complete puerh tea teaching with my friend and partner Carine Baudry. Our very advanced teaching method are joining theory and history of puerh tea with a completive sensory approach, in order to allow students to "read" the tea by tasting, and to become able to define where and when they've been produced, from which kind of trees, the age of the tea or how it has been stored...
