On met souvent en avant le terroir, le sol, l'âge des arbres à thé, l'élévation des jardins, et on oublie trop souvent que ce qui fait un bon thé est, plus que toute autre chose, la qualité des la transformation des feuilles, et les compétences de celui ou celle qui les transforme...
