Complete puerh tea education

The "complete puerh tea education" we are giving in Paris, is from far away the deeper tea education I never gave. In collaboration with tea and aroma experts Carine Baudry, Olivier Schneider, La Quintessence and Puerh Asia, it's a very complete and intensive 50 hours tea class in one full week. Based in a very innovative learning method, this teaching include historical, technical and cultural dimensions, but also give to students a very professional tasting skill which allow you to literally read by the tasting the context and past history of the tea...

La "formation complète aux thé puerh"  que nous donnons à Paris est de loin la formation la plus profonde que je n'ai jamais donné. En collaboration avec Carine Baudry et Olivier Schneider, experts du thé et des arômes, La Quintessence et Puerh Asia, c'est 50 heures de formation très complète et intensive, sur une semaine pleine. Basée sur une méthode d'apprentissage novatrice, cette formation couvre les dimensions historiques, techniques et culturelles, mais donne aussi aux stagiaires des compétences de dégustation très avancées, leur permettant de lire littéralement le thé par la dégustation, et d'en ressortir son contexte et son histoire passée...
