I love this duality of tea, between in one hand the delicate quietness of the tea room, sitting on the tatami and and sipping the subtle aroma of tea, and in the other hand the raw simplicity of the tea mountains and the unrest of the harvest time...
Enjoying the last days in the tea room atmosphere before flying to Vietnam again for a new research trip in the mountains...
J'adore cette dualité qu'il y a dans le thé, entre d'un coté le calme délicat de la pièce à thé, assis sur les tatami à apprécier l'arome subtil qui s'échappe du breuvage, et de l'autre coté la simplicité brute des montagnes à thé et l'agitation des récoltes...
Profiter des derniers jours dans l'atmosphère feutrée de la pièce à thé, avant de voler au Vietnam pour un nouvau voyage de recherche dans les montagnes...
